NPLA hosted the first-ever nationwide plaintiff-side job fair on August 30-31, 2023.
We were blown away by how successful it was!

The overwhelming student interest speaks for itself: Students want to explore careers on the plaintiffs’-side but are often deterred because of how difficult it is to find and connect with plaintiff-side firms.
On-campus interview programs function as a pipeline between law schools and defense firms, but the same pipeline did not exist on the plaintiffs’-side. Until now, that is.

Open House
Firms had the opportunity to freely interact with students as they move throughout rooms. Each firm had a designated virtual "room." Beyond that, how firms used their room and time was up to them!

One-on-one Interviews
Firms had the freedom to design a schedule that best suits their needs and were able to conduct one-on-one interviews with students whose resumes they received via our digital platform.
