Sign the Law Student Amicus Brief in Support of Susman Godfrey’s Motion for Summary Judgment

The values of our intended profession—the legal bar—are under attack. The retaliatory litigation that has targeted attorneys and law firms is a threat to our mission of justice, and justice everywhere. Recently it has felt like we are trapped on the sidelines as our rights and voices are preemptively curtailed. This is our opportunity to have our collective voice as law students be heard.

With the help of attorney sponsors from Kline & Specter and Walkup, Melodia, Kelly & Schoenberger, the NPLA is filing a law student amicus brief in support of Susman Godfrey's Motion for Summary Judgment.

There are over 100,000 law students in the nation and, with your help, we hope to put the opportunity to sign this amicus brief in front of each and every one.

We hope that our call to justice marks the first step in law students nationwide standing firm for the principles of our collective practice.

Signatures are due by Wednesday, April 23.
